Canada had facilities, government allowed private industry to do bullshit and close em. Similar to Valeant.. what a catastrophe and scam.
Also we had a vaccine ready before or same timeline as pfizer's but we had no facilities or supply chain left to manufacture enough domestically for trials. Our program is 2 years behind because of that.
