yeah I mean if you're fine with acting out a giant farce, then go for it. But there has never been any reason to wear a mask outside, and only little reason to wear cloth masks inside either.
So if you're a 'believe the science' person, it should matter to you whether you're engaged in ritual symbolism or legitimate medical practice.
