perfectly coherent. re: masks, they said that to protect supply of n95, not supply of surgical/cloth masks. those have never been an issue.
supposedly a bandana is effective.

n95's probably work, dont see why they wouldn't. cloth or surgical make probably do close to nothing in the wild, other than act as a talisman and signalling device.
