No... I'm saying we already own the infrastructure to manufacture vaccines, and even though health officials have been saying for decades we need to be better prepared for a pandemic, we kept them closed to save money. But yeah, if manufacturing your own vaccines so your country doesn't get fucked in a pandemic makes you communist, then sign me up.
