i think pope is right, yes the vaccine procurement went poorly, but i think an of those factors were baked-in prepandemic. we've known since the beginning that our rollout would be the slowest of the g7.
maybe they could've just spent more on vaccines in the early days, as part of a bidding war strategy and thrown money at it, but for all we know, they did try that address and here we are.
trudeau and the liberals are incomoetent, but so is every other federal party. i dont think any of the others would've done better.
