Focusing on deaths is one way to look at it. There are many people in the teens-60 age range that have gotten it and had little repercussions, but then there are also a good number ( I don't have the statistic) that have suffered organ damage and many have been left with long recoveries. Some people haven't recovered their sense of taste and smell completely for months.
Thank goodness for the healthcare system, but it is overloaded already. We talk about mortality being the highest among the elderly, but if our healthcare system gets buried, we might see more people in the 10-60 range die.
