Okay, I take it back... I am a bit of a closet flames fan when the Habs aren't playing them. I'll cheer for them silently when we watch them play American teams... there is a lot of excitement and charm that comes with a Calgary Flames playoff run, although I can't imagine the Red Mile would look anything similar to previous attempts in the last 17 years.
Still not buying a 50/50 ticket. I play poker and sometimes blackjack, when I know there's a decent chance of me winning, but things like lotteries don't really pique my interest as the chances of winning are typically so astronomically low, it's not worth the small amount I may chip in to attempt.
But yeah, hell yeah, I'll cheer for the Flames until they hit the Habs! Go Flames! Go Habs!
