If memory serves, the Q2WF site didn't originally use frames until late in the mod's life, which I did a quick and dirty frames implementation with some JavaScript to expand/collapse the navigation on the left-hand side. I did it as my own sort of learning experience and Acrid/Avenger were kind enough to actually let me publish it.
Please do not tell me that this was your inspiration for web development. LOL
