I meant more about how politics is structured today, not the core beliefs about freedom and liberty and all that... but just look at your 2nd ammendment. It was made in a time where it was useful and important, yet today people hold onto it like it means the same thing in 2020 than it did in 1820. 400 years later, we should have hit the reset button by now... keep the good, get rid of the bad and redundant BS. Some great laws are set in stone and that's fine, but some real shit ones too.
