I'm not faulting Trump for trying to defund those things. I'm sure tons of previous past presidents have done the same.
But Bolton 100% fired the top people and/or made them all quit and then did shit all to replace them. A very clear and repeated pattern with this administration. Fire everyone not in the echo chamber.
