Were going to still lose a lot of elderly, especially those in long term care/assistive living because they cant isolate from the staff and if there is an acceptable level of community spread some staff will bring it in no matter the PPE you use. I guess if you had PSW's who know how to properly use PPE, have enough to change between clients, and enough time to change between clients that transmission would be way down but PSW's are generally retarded ive seen them wipe ass wearing gloves then touch everything in the clients bathroom and touching their face before
but covid should eliminate the LTC waitlist and those places are "one floor to heaven" anyway
