There are wild estimates all over on both sides of this argument, its hard to know what to believe honestly. Have we over-reacted? Entirely possible!
Statistically I look at a place like Russia who have reportedly done 2.4+ million tests but only have confirmed infections of approximately 60k. If it was that widespread doing that many tests I would think that the number of positives would be substantially higher?
