You CAN replace him, but with the support he has and primaries he's already won I would say the odds of him being replaced by November are less than 1%.
BTW, Biden IS the DNC nominee, not may be or might be... Even before Sanders dropped out, Biden was the nominee. Something drastic would have to happen for Biden to not face Trump in November, it is almost certain unless he gets sick or dies.
