Drak, this has nothing to do with your music, but I will say that I got divorced last year from my wife of 6 years with whom I have a 5 year old daughter with. She moved to Indiana with my daughter (I live in Massachusetts). Luckily, we remain friends and I talk to my daughter every night (thank god for technology) and I see them in person for about a week every month (in fact, they have been here with me in MA for the past 1 1/2 weeks and will be here for at least 2 more due to COVID-19).
Regardless, when it first happened, I felt helpless, and also "dead inside" just like you might be. But as time has gone on, you find that you have to move on, and I know that it takes different amounts of time for every single person and situation. Things will get better. It probably feels worse these days with all the other shit going on, but you won't the same way 3 months from now, 1 year from now, 5 years from now.
