I guess it would depend on the income bracket you’re in right?
Sure you pay 33% tax as I do, as opposed to what, 15-20% ? Sales tax is a bitch too okay, but I’d still rather pay higher taxes knowing I’m not going to have to pay $10k to have a baby, or $20k for a heart attack. Just look up stories of Americans broken and homeless by way of health care bills.
It’s nice that you’re okay or that you’d be fine, but if we forego protecting the weakest in our society to profit ourselves, seems backwards.
