Except the amount of soldiers moved recently isn’t even a small portion of other military around the world. He’s really pulled troops where they’re actually needed and left many where they are not to secure foreign assets. His goal is to “defeat ISIS†but his actions are not showing that he actually cares... I honestly and truly believe that he is petty enough to try and let ISIS regain control of some territories so that he can say how he beat them and the New Democratic president is letting them come back. Exactly something he would do.
