niall, i dont have a strong opinion one way or the other because im largely ignorant but most people who 'deny' climate change are denying the extent/severity of the damage it will cause, not the actual warming itself.
Or, similarly, the position is that the things it would actually take to change the path of warming would be worse than doing nothing - especially for the third world.
