I've developed issues with my TMJ (jaw joint that connects immediately in front of the ear). I've been dealing with what I believe to be a pinched ligament from time to time. It's not awful, but painful enough that I have to be careful how I move or close my jaw. I've read that surgery on that joint is very complicated and doesn't have a high success rate. Fortunately the whole situation is more annoying than anything. Just hoping it does't get any worse.
