| Subject: | Asking Again: Trip Monitors from a Laptop (1 HDMI) | |
I've asked this before but I didn't get much response and the ones I did weren't that great. It's something that you can google for but you don't get many people who want to do this, namely because running 3 monitors (1 laptop + 2 external monitors, not 3 extra ones) is sort of ridiculously rare. I'm a traveler though and I can not have a desktop right now. So my MSI laptop is about as strong as a laptop can get now that I have a 1080 in it with 64 gb of ram. Yes, unnecessary, but RAM is cheap in Vietnam and they love MSI here, so fuck it, I bought it to make my penis smaller and my computer more impressive. Anyway, what am i talking about Anyone have any tips to possibly make this work the most efficient way? My laptop obviously only has 1 HDMI port. I've seen USB-to-HDMI adapters, but I doubt that would work? Not sure. Anyone done this weird thing? |
