if there was a yearly tax credit for having volunteered for the military, that would be a great incentive for getting that 2 year conscription out of highschool. Since we aren't getting free-post secondary education anytime soon, free-military education might be a good option, Especially with the recruitment numbers on the low and the absolutely Bat shit insane amount of money the industrial complex has.
