I'm not sure what your point is to be honest. There are a handful (and I mean handful) of Russians and only Russians who choose the KHL over the NHL and I'm not sure I've ever seen any one of them say its for hockey reasons.
The KHL is nowhere close to the standard of the NHL, period.
Radulov is a bad example. He had a beef with the Predators because he was suspended for breaking team rules so he did what a lot of Russians do and packed up his shit and moved home when they didn't like things. He was still under contract and was suspended for a couple years so he wasn't eligible to play in the NHL even if he wanted to. When his suspension and contract with his KHL team was finished he moved right back to the NHL.
