Ok, look at Radulov. He's one of the best players in the game right now and he spent several years playing in the KHL when he could have easily moved over to the NHL. He's not the only one. It's not an opinion, it's a fact. There are several Russians playing in the KHL that WANT to play in the KHL instead of the NHL. I'm not saying all of them, but there are a lot. There aren't any kids in the OJHL, AHL or WHL that could be in the NHL but chose not to... that's the difference.
