Oh man I can't stop playing Dead Cells.
This is the year of the Metroidvania for sure. Add in a bit of "one life only" Rogue-style idea and it's 2017 gaming in a nutshell. Metroidvania's are killing it, and I wish I could say they were overdone, but literally almost every one of them is good right now. Ori, Dead Cells, Trine series, and Hollow Knight with the gold medal. Sooooo good.
Anyone else on them? Controller style baby. PC Masterr....wait.
Almost upgraded to 4 full potion refills. Talk about grind.
Oh and the 3RD FREE Hollow Knight expansion just got released for Halloween. The Grimm Troupe, drak overhype rating = 9.2. So, probably 8.2. Hollow Knight is the mother fucking game of the year boys.
