I mined a nice chunk of Monero coin last year back when it was profitable, then once it reached around $60 I swapped it for some Ethereum and Bitcoin before they both blew up. I've profited nicely so far with it! When I have some loose change I'll buy a little of both. It's going to be intresting to see where this goes.
The reality of a decentralized currency with the power to demand compliance up front programed right into the money is way too powerful to be ignored for much longer. This genie is not gonna go back into the bottle.
