A good buddy of mine started micro-trading in several different types of bitcoin-ish currency. A few of them have started out dirt cheap and boomed to be worth hundreds per unit. Lots of people trying to recreate the bitcoin phenomenon and some are successful. He's made some money so far and has the potential to make a shit ton if any of them blow up.
I'm interested in trying this out as well... some small investments into potential big gains.
