Lando's got it cause he's been micro managing for the past 10 years, but he's right. Swap them in and out for the first couple of months, then lay off the swapping and go with your top scorers. After that keep benchers on the bench for injury time only. If a bencher is all of a sudden pulling hatricks and being great, then he gets promoted to starting, and your lowest scorer goes to the bench. At the bottom of your team page you can see your max games table. Keep it on the plus side, but under +5 to 10. If an injury occurs you have room to get it down to 0. By march really is when you need to keep a closer eye on it if you followed what we said.

Quickest way to get out of last place is to dump the thrash, and pick up free agents. I mean garbage like Brandon Dubinsky Cls - C 0 goals and 1 assist should be replaced asap by the top FA now (who's Derick Brassard Ott - C 6 goals and 4 assists.)
