What's depressing is that you think that anyone that would voice an opinion should spend the time to become an expert on the subject that they are speaking about before saying anything right? Because that's what you're basically saying here, is that you should understand audio forensics before forming an opinion on a subject that is related to audio forensics.
One might point out that the refute of an opinion may be based on the person making the claim has no profession or experience in the field at all, which is why so many just don't watch the video at all and can safely assume that the guy is full of shit.
But hey, if you want to spend your waking hours away from your kid studying audio forensics so that you can form an opinion on it without being fallacious, go ahead. But that sounds awfully more depressing to me than using common sense and basic reasoning.
