just because the rack of lamb was super grilled, doesnt mean the server actually fucked your order up on purpose. you cant know for sure what her intentions were with the lamb and ive even seen cases where the rack served wasnt even lamb but some other form of condensed meat that they just made to look like lamb. even in mexico you cant get lamb like that. now goat on the other hand, put in a nice red sauce soup, you can serve that any way you want, and it will come out nice. theres this dish my ex's mom used to make called Birria and it was basically soft as fuck goat in a red chili soup type of deal. it probably varies region to region.
so anyway, the server didnt mess your order up, it was you that messed it up in the first place. if youre going to order something like that and want specifics, then you better ask for medium fucking rare right off the bat and make sure they know you like your crust on the burnt side, or whatever that stuff they roll it in is called. i truly dont understand how you cant see this and think most of you guys need to check your brain because what youre typing doesnt even make sense to the thread or the initial topic at hand. make sure the god damn lamb is cooked well beforehand and you wont have the PROBLEM OF BLAMING IT ON THE SERVER
