I never played wow, but, it's a futuristic FPS with RPG elements to it. Very fun game, can get a little monotonous, but has enough to keep you entertained for a while. My favorite part of 1 was that it wasn't a grind at all to reach the highest level, it was quite fun. Once I lost the ability to matchmake and do raids and the hardest content I was forced to do the same stuff over and over and it wasn't fulfilling. 2 is said to have matchmaking for every event so I am getting it.
