I first heard them about 13 years ago, I was travelling from Alberta to the Okanagan Valley BC (pretty much Canadian California area/valley) to pick fruit and live as a hippy for a few months in a tent. Best time of my life. I had picked up a hitchhiker on my way and he turned me onto the dead. I was hooked instantly and he forgot the disc in my car. It was their Reckoning album. Amazing music and far above and beyond my favorite band of all time.
