Of course he's against the media, because he was blasted non-stop after he was arrested and jailed on fraud charges. Before that he was the richest man in Canada and where did his money come from? Being a media mogul. the equivalent to Rupert Murdoch in Canada.
The half of us (and I'm sure everyone on this forum) that aren't redneck, trailer park living nimwits realize that the media has an agenda and they don't always paint the perfect picture...especially in politics when they have their hands all over it. But just because it's in the news doesn't make it untrue. Trump has overdone it with his "Fake News" claims. He's literally said that anyone that says bad things about him is fake news. Except for Fox right? Fox plays nice because he shills for them and their stupid breakfast show, so of course it's in their interest to dump the headline stories down at the bottom of their news feed.
My point is, as much as the mainstream media is biased and corrupt (to an extent) the things that come out of Trump's mouth are in itself the key factor in determining who he his and how we should judge him. Don't go in public and on air telling everyone a pack full of lies and bullshit, then expect nobody to show it to the public. All the media has to do is quote him or show a video of him talking to realize what a steaming pile of garbage he is. The icing on the cake was him divulging classified information after spending about 50 hours talking about how crooked Hillary has no respect for classified information and how she's so terrible that she had leaked e-mails... not to mention that none of her e-mails leaked the type of classified information that Trump leaked to the fucking Russians of all people. He leaked information that put real people at risk. People that were imbedded with ISIS for years that are now compromised. It doesn't take a genius to see how two-faced and phony he is and the more time that passes the easier it is to see.
