Obviously you didn't mean everyone, so we'll toss that out.
I'm guessing a bit of that was talking about people with pre-existing conditions that states can now have the power to decide whether or not they will be covered.
If you think "STATE RED BAD BLUE GOOD" or vice versa that is a non free market form of thought.
God forbid anything happens to my children, and I have no idea how my state or surrounding states will act, but I know I'll gladly pay the gas/train/plane cost to whichever state find the best care for my child for a cost I could manage. Everyone else will too.
States now have to choose. My humble opinion and granted it might be flawed.
