My take:
90% of us are nobodies with nothing to really "steal" or have nothing going on for "them" to waste any time monitoring. No one gives a shit about Pamela "Soccer Mom" Smiths' kids' school drama, or her 1st world wine soaked problems on social media.
The other 10% are most likely smart enough to circumvent and monitoring..... if not.... what are the chances you are doing enough to be pursued?
