Absolutely. It's just common sense. Look at that one kid that was 5 or 6 years old, a boy that "identified" as a girl. The mom and dad allowed him to be a trans girl and I'm sure as soon as he starts going through puberty he'll be allowed to take estrogen.
If the science community worries about pot affecting the developing brain imagine what hormone replacement therapy looks like for a kid going through puberty.
