all the mental health experts are saying he is in recovery and doesn't pose a risk. obviously he does pose more risk than a average person, but they think he is very unlikely to offend again and call him rehabilitated.
i get some people think that prison should be a punishment for crimes committed, but generally its used for rehabilitation. I dont want my taxes going to imprison people for X amount of years for Y crimes just because the law says Y crime owes X years in prison.
