Asking for my GF. How do you guys do credit scores up there? Is it a similar system, and is there a website where my gf can check her score? She is worried that since we live in Asia, and she misses payments sometimes on her small-medium sized debt from school and traveling, that her score isn't good enough.
In the future, if we wanted to buy a house in Canada, would they really take it into consideration, considering "my" credit score is extremely high? I'm hovering somewhere around 825 and have never missed a payment on anything in my life except a medical bill or two, but I'm 60% sure Canada could give a shit about American Credit.
Any infos?
