I would say the e-mail scandal has been under enforced. I would have liked to have seen some kind of consequence for her complete circumnavigation of the laws and policies for Federal Employees. We work some Federal contracts and the fucking training and access requirements, as Keith pointed to, is fucking ridiculous.
