I never said in any way that I thought he had ties with the KKK... that was never even brought up on my end, so maybe you misread what I was writing.
Point: The KKK is supporting Trump, when asked if he wants their vote, he slipped and fumbled then pretended that he didn't know what group the journalist was talking about. My point is that I think he wants any vote. KKK or not. I think he likes the idea that he's getting votes even from the KKK. I don't think he supports them in the least. I don't think he holds the same ideals as the KKK (but some are pretty damn close).
Best answer for him at that point would be NO. I don't want KKK votes, fuck those guys that is BS. Maybe something about making some comment about raising equal rights issues or how he will advocate for human rights. I just think the way he dealt with it was telling in a way.
