Donald Trump on whether he would disavow David Duke, former leader of KKK:
"Would you just say unequivocally you condemn them and you don't want their support? " Tapper asked.
"I have to look at the group. I mean, I don't know what group you're talking about," Trump responded.
The candidate later blamed the exchange on a faulty earpiece, and has repeatedly — and at times exasperatedly — disavowed Duke since then.

Then there are the robocalls going out telling people to vote for Trump to keep Muslims out and illegals deported. All directed at primarily white districts. Keep telling yourself that there's no proof of racism. How can you not flat out say no, I would not like the KKK vote. Oh, but his earpiece had a malfunction. What a putz.
