I know it's VOX, but the stories are legit. There seems to be a large history of corruption whether it be not paying contractors because it would cost them more to fight it in court, or lining the pockets of known gangsters to play in his casinos and ultimately becoming buddies with them.
Give it an honest read and tell me he's not corrupt.
