Vaping was always interesting to me, just far too complicated. The number of vape shops that opened up here in town over the course of a year was shady as fuck. I don't trust none of those guys!
I just used patches. Step 1 the whole way, just cut em in half and then quarters as you progress. By the time i got to quarters, I was done with em. Probably off the patch since late may/early june, all good... so far!
