I think if we implement money into the equation we are going to die out as a league because at least 2-3 people aren't going to pay and will end up not being able to draft.
Only way it works is if we all agree at least a month before the season starts and everyone's money is in 1-2 weeks before draft day. Even then who wants to chase payments and ensure we have a full league?
