Nothing to worry about really in Canada. I assume the ISP sent it to you on their behalf.
They don't have your personal information. I guess it depends on your ISP on what line you'd have to cross to give it up.
At the ISP I work for we forward the info off but our notices have a header that basically says 'this is for educational purposes only that what you are doing is bad, that said you aren't under any legal obligation to respond to their request or pay any fees etc' type stuff.
