A couple ways you could think about this:
You're broadcasting into the air, do you have an expectation of privacy? It's available for any number of actors to intercept and do things with. I think you could argue this both ways.
The Stinger tricks your device into communicating with it. I feel like there's a strong argument for a warrant requirement here. Is the strength of that argument lessened by the first point?
