I'd go for the base game if I were you. It's a steal for a game and I don't think the DLC is worth that much tbh. Loud vote here too, if you get a high level of armour and max out defensive stats you are a fucking tank. I don't play FPS to sneak around and not shoot anyone. That being said, sneaking up on guards and cops gets the heart pumping.
