Yeah, I read it. What he says is that she was careless with some of the emails, that she sent emails that had classified information but were not marked classified and that she had received other emails that were marked classified, but not both, ie she did not send classified emails. Plus some stuff about not using government servers, but with no proof that hers was hacked.
He also said he doesn't believe she deleted any emails with intent to hide them. It amounts to a slap on the wrist for not using a government server and to be more conscious of what is and is not classified.
