Subject: RE: A question for Republicans

That is the equivalency argument, saying both parties do the same things and both are equally bad. But it doesn't stand up to scrutiny. Repubs are the ones who called 21 hearings on Benghazi, a purely political act. Repubs are far more dogmatic in the face of prevailing evidence also, just look at their stance on global warming. You can also look at how they are against renewable energy, something that a true conservative would be for because burning coal for power is environmentally harmful and because people can own their own solar arrays and never have to pay an energy company again.

I'm not saying Dems are pure and innocent, no, they are political cowards oft times refusing to stand up for what they know is right because it would be politically costly if they did. But Repubs have no shame, they argue for smaller government yet have no problem telling women what to do with their vaginas or circumventing the law to get rid of abortion clinics, the Supreme Court just ruled against that kind of thing in Texas, the end run around the law to do something that is illegal. The list goes on and on.
