Another case of extremely uneducated votes. Half the population saw the headline amounts of money going into the EU weekly, but had no foresight to the future and the implications it might have. I don't think it's a smart move at all. When it all goes to shit blame the PM for offering up a referendum then tucking his tail between his legs when it goes belly up.
