you want a prediction? heres me on pice in 2014:
"the show has cut so much foreshadowing and background that is necessary/critical to the eventual conclusion of the story that they'll either need to do lots of flashbacks to catch the viewers up. theyve basically glossed over rhaegar/lyanna. they did A LITTLE work with Lyanna in season 1, but not enough. We should've at least got a flashback to the day Ned fought the Kingsguard outside the tower."
Its good that r+l=j is finally confirmed because its really so obvious from reading book 1. I think Ned's letter or Howland Reed will be involved in either the reveal or confirmation in the books though.
great finale. Its funny, and not surprising, that watching the show without having read the accompanying material makes the show seem better relative to previous seasons. Still would've preferred to read it first though.
