Mael is right, extended clips, tac lights and cool shit make guns look scary, but the are still semi-auto. Still, you can hurt or kill 100 people in a short amount of time, but in the right hands a pistol and a few extra mags could do the same thing.
The main concern is who should be allowed to have any type of gun. The NRA s goal is to block any type of gun control law, including background checks, mental health checks etc.

The NRA are only a few million people, but all of them are dedicated to making sure that no gun control laws get passed.
